The Business Development Manager manages business development activities for the company driving sales activities and the acquisition of new business.

Duties of the Business Development Manager include:
  • Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients

  • Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend

Sr. Process Improvement Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a senior level Process Improvement Analyst to help them with an enterprise wide implementation. This is a long-term contract position. 

Job Requirements


  • Participates in all phases/activities of a project lifecycle to ensure that the project deliverables meet the business functional and technical requirements
    Map out Client’s current (or “as-is”) processes to create a baseline for process improvement and to design future (or “to-be”) processes with the incorporation of those improvements.
  • Experience with Lean value stream mapping preferred.
  • Analyze and model business processes and identify opportunities/makes recommendations to improve them; documents key performance metrics, current state measures, industry benchmarks, future state objectives, etc. .
  • Conduct root cause analysis of current process performance gaps.
  • Elicits requirements through JAD sessions, personal interviews, online research, documentation review, use cases, as-is business process analysis, etc. using techniques such as 6 Sigma, Kaizen, etc.
    Interact with Client’s business SMEs to gather and interpret requirements to ensure that the solution will solve the business problem
  • Identify impacts and linkages to the business strategies, organization and its people, data and systems, business policies and business rules, as well as the physical assets of the business
  • Provide change/transition management support to people impacted by the change in existing process
  • Understand existing business rules which are critical for process transformation – able to make changes to business rules to improve performance
  • Documents Workflows/Process Maps, Business Requirements, Reporting Requirements, Policies & Procedures, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.
  • Communicate/translate business requirements to the technical team to ensure that the solution fully addresses business requirements
  • Familiar with the usage of appropriate notification languages/flowcharting tools, business process modeling, analysis and design tools, and business process management automation technologies
  • Ability to implement new business processes in a multi-geographic environment
  • Design and install supporting management processes and performance measures
  • Proven ability to work effectively with all organizational levels
