    I chose BSC Ultima exterior emulsion for that extra sheen and brightness. It has UV resistant pigments that's perfect for keeping exterior walls brighter for long time. I was also turned off by other exterior emultions that I used before trying Ultima due to less durability and formation o fblack spots after every Monsoon season, BUT BSC Ultima protects my house exterior wall and keeps it brighter for almost 2 years. I would highly recommend it.

    An year ago, I had decided to change my house exterior and I used BSC Ultimate Emulsion. I don't think so I need any wall painting for another 2-3 years. I'll highly recommend using these paints. "
